Error when connecting to Dynamics 365

Whener I try to connect to D365 crm the below screenshot is appearing, thus, making me unable to refresh the data.

Can you ensure that your account has proper access to this data source? Do you have other colleagues who are using this connection to access the same data source?

Yes, I have the proper access to all data sources. My teamate also has the same access as mine but he doesn't experience the same issue as mine.
