Error refreshing datasource

Hi, 

I´m facing folloween error when trying to refrehs datasource. The connection seems to be ok, and same datasource configuration at others reports are working. Any help to solve this issue?

The data gateway is updated to the newest version also.

Hi @mmarco ,

You may check the different privacy level settings in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Make sure you have the same privacy level security.

If this does not solve your problem, please provide the English version of the screenshot above. (Change the language of Power BI Service to English and then take a screenshot, please be careful to obscure sensitive information)
