Error message due to filled map in Report page during performance testing

Hello,

I have created filled map visuals (powered by Bing) in our Report pages/Dashboard. While the team was performing the Performance Testing of Reports/Dashboard using LoadRunner tool, It shows error messages when we increase the load on the dashboard (150 users). 

Below is the error message that we recieve:

Action.c(19993) Error -35196 HTTP Status-Code=429 (Too Many Requests) for "https//dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Locations/multigeocode?culture=en-US&output=json&key=AoW85FdF-eTJavFmWhZjaQ970kwG1FuainbyVSlP5HglkbhVVIFOyNwlaQxAIj-S", Snapshot Info [MSH 2 7_1

Is this due to using filled maps in the dashboards and there is some limitation in the filled map visual in the current Power BI version.

I would really appreciate any help or pointers in this regard.
