Error exporting certified custom visuals to PowerPoint

I downloaded some certified custom visuals that are supposed to be supported when I export my Power BI report to PowerPoint that I found in this post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-custom-visuals-certified/

I'm following all of the instructions and I'm within the limitations. However, I'm still getting the error message that custom visuals are not supported when I export it into PowerPoint. Does anyone know why this is happening? Or has anyone had success using the certified custom visuals and successfully exporting them to Powerpoint?

The bullet chart custom visual is now exporting to PowerPoint however it is cutting off the graphs every time I export it as seen below. Can you look into fixing it @v-qiuyu-msft

I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Would you please share a screenshot about how the bullet chart looks like before exporting to PowerPoint?

Here it is @v-qiuyu-msft as seen on the dashboard. This certified custom visual looks fine in the dashboard, as seen above, but when I export it to PowerPoint it cuts off the sides and bottoms of the visual (as seen in my previous post above). 

Can you look into why exporting this visual appears to auto zoom in and cut off?

Hi @Jostewar,

Please set the report page size to 16:9 then export to PowerPoint again.

If issue persists, would you please share report with dummy data for us to reproduce?

We are also having issues with the The OkViz Bullet Chart. The visuals are not visible in Power Point when exporting from Power BI Service. We have updated the visual in Power BI Desktop, re-published the report, and the problem persists. Should not have this happening on Certified visuals....
