Error 400 Bad Request when publishing a PBIX file

Hi folks, 

using the last versions of Power BI Desktop I am trying to publish a PBIX file but I am getting an Error 400 (Bad Request) when doing so. In the detailed error description I found this error

I'm able to view the dashboard in Power BI Desktop

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? I am unable to reproduce this issue in Power BI Desktop November release(2.64.5285.741 ).

Do you get the issue for all PBIX files or specific PBIX file? Are you able to upload PBIX file using "Get data" option in Power BI Service? Please also enable tracing in Power BI Desktop and share trace log here.
