Enterprise Gateway refresh issue with SQL Statement (native query)

Hi,

I have an on-prem SQL data source and I'm using the IMPORT option to gather data through a SQL statement (native query).

I also have other table that I import into Power BI from the same SQL server.

I'm using Power BI Gateway to schedule the refresh.

The refresh goes well and succeed, however all tables get refreshed but only the native query doesn't, so I end up with some data that is up to date and some that is not.

Any idea what could be the problem ? Any configuration that I need to define and missed it.

Now, if I click on Refresh Now for the specific dataset, wait until it will be finished and click the refresh button on the report I'm getting the updated data for everything including the native query.

It seems that the scheduled refresh doesn't work with thnative query while on demand refresh does do the job.

Here are some screenshots with my configuratiopn:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Eli

@Elirot,

Do you take Merge/Append operations in the PBIX file? How many records of the native query are refreshed in Power BI Service with schedule refresh method?

Hi Lydia,

There are no merge/append operations.

There are around 75000 records.

I think it is something with the filter that is based on Today's date, while the timezones might affect it.

So I will investigate it further on.

Thanks for your reply.
