Embedded pbi dashboard with bing map not showing in Chrome

Using the embedded link on an a website, the dashboard with correct bing map is shown in IE 11. But the map shows no data in Chrome. The rest of the dasboard is fine. How can we resolve this?

I tried both Publish to web and PBI Embedded function with latest Chrome browser, the bing map can be rendered properly as below. Is there any difference between our scenarios?
