I have made several worksheet of maps using the esri software within power bi and it works fine with the desktop version. However when I load it to the cloud and use internet explore verson 11 after I look at one map the maps freeze up and can view any other maps unless you refresh the page. Now if I use any other brower like Chrome or Edge I don't have this problem.
My second issue is I am trying to export the map sheet as a pdf and it goes through the motions but when the pdf pulls up where the map is suppose to be it just says "This visual does not support exporting". I need to be able to export, is there a fix for this?
