Dynamic value in text box no longer works after upgrade

Recently upgraded from April 2023 to October 2024 PowerBi Desktop.  For some reason I can no longer add measures to dynamic text boxes.  I enter the name of the measure but not is returned to select, and the option to 'save' remains disabled.  Adding the measure to a card returned the correct value, so it is not a problem with the measure.

This worked in April 2023.

Hi @bhalicki ,

 

Power BI Desktop has been updated to the latest November version, have you tried to see if the problem exists in the latest version of Power BI Desktop?

I have updated to November 2024 edition and still experience the same issue.


Is there anything else I need to do to reenable this feature?
