Dates are not getting updated in the slicer

New dates are not getting updated in the slicer in the power bi service after the data gets refreshed. We are facing this issue after the power bi new update on 16 Feb, 2023.

Hi @anuj_srivastava 

1. What is your data source ? How did you connect to the data source ? 

2. Can you refresh the data in PBI Desktop ? After you refreshing in Desktop , is the data up to date ?

3. If you configure gateway to refresh data in PBI Service , you need to check whether your gateway works well .

4. Did you set some filters in your report so that you can only see part of the data ?

Hi Team, Please find below the answers for the asked questions:

 

1. The data source is SQL server and I have connected with the data source through an import mode. 

2. Yes, i have refreshed the data and it is up to date

3. I have checked the gateways are working fine.

4. Yes, In some of the reports i have applied the filters to see the part of data.

I'm still facing the same problem. Is there any solution about that?

It happens regardless of the chosen style options in the slicer.

Hi @luizrmartins,

 

Please, remove the slicer and apply it again. Now set the start date only and do not adjust the end date (This will be adjusted automatically as the data gets refreshed). I hope this will resolve the issue.
