One of the dataset based on smartsheet throws an Error Code: “Out of Memory” when try to refresh

Hi @nandhp 

Can you refresh other datasets normally ? Is there only one smartsheet for data sources that do not currently support refresh?

Hi Ailsa,

 

We are dispaying one of our PBI dashboard in a big screen 24/7, in which we are facing this "Out of memeory /IMG_4468.JPGIMG_4469.JPG page isnt responding" error for few visuals.so due to which we have to refresh the whole dashboard again everytime.

 

How to reproduce:

Keep the dashboard open for more than 12 hours in the system ,throws this error.

 

Attached the screenshot of the error.

Please see below comments from the Businessuser.We didnt have this issue before November.

Comments:

We are getting Error Code: “Out of Memory” on Gemba Power BI display every few hours (pictures attached).

IT tried updates, different browsers... no help.

Are any settings changed on Power BI, browsers… at beginning of November.

We did not have any problems with Power BI display before November.
