We are experiencing this issue

Dataset refresh disabled

Data source error: The M evaluation exceeded the memory limit. To address the issue consider optimizing the M expressions, reducing the concurrency of operations that are memory intensive or upgrading to increase the available memory. Container exited unexpectedly with code

The attempts to refresh has been disabled. 

I've looked through and listed as most similar to our situation:

It started failing yesterday intermittently, however now the refresh has disabled and don't know how to refresh it directly on the online service again to see if the issue persists.  The dataset was refreshing every 30 minutes.  I would like to avoid going into the dataset for finetuning as I am not the primary owner of it. Also I cannot find/determine if I have access to Power Query. 

The dataset refreshes have been stable and dataset exists for a while and is heavily used.

Scheduled refresh failures

If a scheduled refresh fails four times in a row, Power BI disables the refresh. Address the underlying problem, and then re-enable the scheduled refresh.

In this issue, like the links you have shared, recommend you to check the M queries in Power Query Editor from Power BI Desktop to try to optimize the dataset for the error message.
