The last weeks we have had sporadically problems with our dataflow refresh. The error is: Error: Internal error Request ID: 1bc3a41d-100d-4cd8-926b-157607cf0cf8 Activity ID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

Can anyone help?
