Dataflow endorsement does not work

We have successfully created a dataflow to a postgresql database, but there is no way to use these dataflow / datasets in any report

1. select workspace

2. new -> dataflow

3. Add new tables -> PostgreSQL -> enter credentials -> select tables

4.  Once created -> workspace -> Datasets + dataflows -> three dots -> settings

5.  Endorsements -> promoted or certified -> apply

6. Data Hub or Create report -> Endorsed in your org

7.  BOOM - empty, there should be the dataflow here.

Yes - both enabled.

Reading other posts it seems this publishing of data flows might only work from Power BI Desktop
