Dataflow can't be edited or created

When I attempt to edit any of the data flows that I have it I get the spinning cirlce forever. (Well at least 5 hours because I gave up waiting after that). 

Updates seems to be working

I am experiencing the same issue. I am unable to edit dataflow, but they refresh without issue.
