Dataflow advanced editor deleting comments

When I'm comment out lines in the advanced editor in the service when creating a dataflow, on save it as actually deleting those lines.

If I open the query back up in advanced editor, the lines I have commented with // are gone.

That seems to  work fine for me. Try to recreate the dataflow.
