Dataflow Ownership Configured By Not Displaying Properly

When other admins are taking ownership of dataflows, we're noticing that even after clearing cache the previous owner is displaying as the configured user when viewing settings of the dataflows. So in this example I owned a dataflow and my coworker took it over. We both cleared our cache and on each of our screens see a different value for This dataflow has been configured by. Where for me it shows it has been configured by me, for my corworker she sees herself. It's just a strange behavior. Anyone else seeing it?
