DataSource Error-ODBC Error[HY000][Simba][DriverSupport][1160] Cannot enable SSL for the connection

Hi

I'm getting the following error while I try to refresh my power bi desktop from gcp - 'DataSource Error-ODBC Error[HY000][Simba][DriverSupport][1160] Cannot enable SSL for the connection '.

The dashboard was refreshing properly earlier but I started seeing this error from the past 2 months.I get the error when I click on the refresh button in power bi desktop and do the bulk refresh.But when i refresh the tables individually, it is getting refreshed.

Another issue is that when I click on edit query and open the table in power query and later change the source, I get the same error.

 

Can someone help me on this.

The error message you’re seeing, ‘DataSource Error-ODBC Error[HY000][Simba][DriverSupport][1160] Cannot enable SSL for the connection’, is typically related to an issue with the SSL settings for the connection0
