Data refresh error

Hi

I am getting the following error message on Data refresh.  The database Oracle 10g.  The Query from Excel Powerpivot uploaded to PowerBi as Workbook.  Kinldy advise.

Hi @Anonymous,

From your description, it seems there is a local Excel workbook which get data from Oracle and load to a data model. After uploading the workbook to Power BI service, there is an issue occur when refreshing, right? 

As workbook get data from Oracle database, please make sure the gateway is configured correctly for the workbook. Also please try to refresh data in Excel desktop to see if refresh can be completed.

thanks for your reply.  

Please note the refresh is suddendly fails and gives the above error message may be after 3-5 days of daily refresh.  Then I remove the excel from powerbi and locally refresh and upload the same and to set schedule refresh then work for 3-5 days then again the same issue.

The gateways configured correctly.  Along with these excel files other Powerbi Visuals are refreshing (using the same gateway and oracle database) on daily basis without any issues.  This is happeing only to the excel files.

The workbook is refreshing without any issues from the desktop.  

Kindly advise.
