Data refresh does not work in Web Service - credential expired

Hi

After refresehing the whole server and gateway, the issue with data refresh remains.

Suddenly the data could not be refreshed anymore, although there were no changes made.

There is no encryption in data sources, we checked all data sources.

Whether there is the detailed error message in refresh history or gateway settings when refresh failed, you can click 'Show details' in these panes to find it.
