Data is showing up as blank once report is published

Data is not showing up correctly once published but is showing up fine in desktop view. Pulling data in from Smartsheet.

Do you mean that data is not showing correctly in some visuals after publishing PBIX file to Power BI Service? If so, could you please share sample data of your tables here for us to test?

Also we would need to the types of all problem visuals and what fields you use to  create these visuals.
