Does this kind of error only occur in a specific dataset ? Please troubleshoot the issue by the steps below .

(1) Check that your data source is working correctly .

(2) Refresh data in Desktop to judge whether the data can be successfully refreshed .

(3) If the problem only occurs in Service, then it is necessary to judge whether the credentials of this report-related dataset are correct . If the connection mode is Import , please check the path of local file .If the connection mode is Direct Query or Live Connection , please check the credentials of data source .

(4)As I mentioned in Step (3) , if your connection mode is DQ or LC , you also need check your gateway . Because the on-premises data gateway acts as a bridge to provide quick and secure data transfer between on-premises data (data that isn't in the cloud) and several Microsoft cloud services.
