Dat source unreachable Verify the gateway connection configuration

Hi Team,

I'm trying to combine two different datasources locally on the PBI Desktop and publish to the PBI Service and receiving the error below.

My two datasources are

1. A PBI report that connects to excel file from a shared one drive location

2. PBI dataset that is available in the PBI Service through Direct Query

Locally the report renders the data as expected. But once its Published to service, I see the error below on all visuals. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Datasource unreachable

There is no gateway to access the data source File. Verify the gateway connection configuration on the datasettingspage and make sure all required data sources are added to the selected data gateway.

Hi @maddyu 

One of your data source is in your shared one drive location , which connector did you use to connect to the excel in Desktop ? Even though another data source is Power BI dataset , you also need configure credentials in Data source credentials in Service .
