Custom Message (before publishing reports) URL not working

We have a Custom Message which pops up before Developers publish their reports, reminding them of their Data Privacy Responsibilities.

 

This custom message contained a link to our SharePoint Governance site which no longer works.

 

Unfortunately no URL works in the custom message although they show as a clickable link.

 

Has anyone got this working on their tenant?

Can you just open that URL you set up? Can you provide a screenshot of your settings for reference?

Thank you for looking into this for us.

 

Unfortunately it is a Production environment and I can no longer change the setting.

 

Even using the message taken from the documentation doesn't work though:

If some users or groups should *not* have access to the content and underlying artifacts, remove or modify their access to the workspace, or publish the report to a different workspace.
