Creating of apps: Updates to the parameter description does not reflect into app creation wizard

I have published report into app workspace. The report features paarmeters that define the connection parameters which link the app to the specifc ADLgen2. When I go through the Wizard it displays the parameters. For one I parameter I did not have a description. Therefore later after creating the first app and then also updating the parameters description in PBX file and republishing the report into the existing app worklspace I go through the app creation wizard again.

But the updated parameter description will not be picked up.

Please share some screenshots to show how updated parameter description doesn't show when creating the app. Do mask sensitive information in screenshots before uploading.

Please find details in following screenshots. First how the parameters appear in Powerr BI desktop, then how they appear in the app beeing publised from the workspace where the app is beeing created from:
