Copy visual as image gives error with Matrix, if I drill down

I have a matrix type visual with organization hierarchy in rows. When I copy the visual, it works fine. But if I drill down to show the lower level in hierarchy, I get a error message "Something went wrong. We're not sure exactly what happened, but we couldn't copy that visual."

I have this problem when trying to copy a pie chart visual: "We're not sure exactly what happened, but we couldn't copy that visual". needs help on this issue @v-xuding-msft

Hello, I have experienced this similar issue (off and on) with a table visual and a Clustered Bar Chart.  Both visuals exisit on the same report page however i've experienced on other page/visuals within the same PBI Report.  Again, it is intermittent where most times the copy icon on the visual head processes through to 'copied to clipboard' but now and then i get this message "We're not sure exactly what happened, but we couldn't copy that visual."  This may go on for a day or two then corrects.  I've spoken with our IT Admin and my PC is uptoday with MS updates so we've thought it may have more to do with PBI services.  

Thoughts?  Help?
