Connected data source pulling data into wrong columns

Hello, My PowerBi report is directly connected to a web server pulling data, I have had the report built for several months and it ran fine. Recently there are errors in the report update and in backend it looks like few of the lines are pulling and placing data in the wrong column. I cannot understand why the shift, there has been no manipulation of the data and I don't know how to fix it. My reports have not been updated since June, it only occurs to maybe 3% of the data pulling.

Issue stated as:

Column contains blank values and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many to one relationship.

Does not make sense that it would pull blank values, as when i export the data to excel it comes through correctly in the appropriate columns

Hi @Anonymous,

Please open the report in Power BI desktop, click on Manage Relationships, find the column which is on the one side of a many to one relationship. Then go to Query Editor, remove the blank values in this column then apply the change. Click on the Refresh button to ensure the report can be refreshed successfully in Power BI desktop then republish the report to Power BI service.

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft ,

I was able to address this issue by removing errors first and then the blanks. However I still have an issue with the data not pulling fully. If i am to export the data from the original source it pulls everything, however in PowerBI there are 100+ lines that do not pull full data. Photos below, the first view is what I would expect to see for all data that I am pulling, basic information like data location (there would never be a case it should be empty) but as you can see in photo 2, there are several lines of nothing.pbi 1..JPGpbi 2.JPG

Thanks!
