Conditional Formatting not showing online

I have a report that includes some conditional formatting of the bars based on the percentage of the total. 

 

This conditional formatting shows up correctly in PowerBI Desktop, but when I publish online it shows as black bars.

It seems to work fine for me. Republish report using the latest version of Power BI Desktop and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
