Conditional Formatting Doesnt Work on My Visualization

I have a line and stacked bar chart on my dashboard, and I'd like to color the bar charts with future dates with a different color (than the historic-present dates). 

 

Apparently there's no "Conditional Formatting" button in the "Data Color" setting, in the "Visualizations" pane. 

 

Cant seem to find it anywhere too. 

 

I am using PowerBI Desktop, July 2020 Update (2.83.5894.661) version.

 

Any advice?
