The visual constantly refresh not allowing you to select icons in the visual. It has the same effect on the other visuals on the dashboard as well.

In a dashboard of Power BI Service, if you pin visuala as tiles to the dashboard, you could not interact with them.

Interact with tiles on a dashboard

After you've added a tile to a dashboard, you can move and resize it, or change its appearance and behavior.

To interact in the dashboard, you need to pin the live page instead of a single visual in the report, please refer:

Thanks. Thats not the issue. Do have any other ideas? I tried using this visual in other reports and samething happens.
