Chiclet slicer still showing the header after embedding if no data inside

I use chiclet slicer with header option disabled. So if we filter out all the data (slicer is empty) I see blank space in PBI service:

But after embedding I see incorrect 'dirty' picture:

Have submited it internal to confirm(ICM:276929641), would update here as soon as possible if there is any progress about it.

Update from PG team:

It is by design in Power BI, please remove the filter to see all elements.
