Changing data values in a table

I have a table with over 22,000 rows of data. I am trying to change the value in 5 rows to fix an error. Whenever I edit the values, all the rest of data disappears and I only end up the 5 rows i edited. 

Some adive would be appreciated.

What is the detail error message ?  How did you change the value ? Can you provide details of the procedure via screenshot or video?

At the last step when I change the values all the other rows disappear and do not come back.

Hi @Djaggs 

The filter in PQ is different from the filter in Power BI Desktop report view . You filter the data in PQ that means you only need this part of the filtered data . If you want to replace "Main" with "HO" , selecting this value and then entering a replacement value, then all values, are replaced and do not need to be filtered out.

I see my mistakes. It is very difficult to find those 5 rows with that value witout using the filter though. I suppose it is better to edit the table before uploading it.
