Card (new) after refresh is blank and cannot access Visual format options

After refreshing my model the Card (new) visual turned blank and I could no longer edit any of the visual section under Format visual. This has been hit or miss as I have other Card (new) with almost an identical setup but they are showing data.

Measures are written identically between the two except for a single filter that is different to differentiate between two different types of quotes that are created.

I imported an excel file and refreshed it and failed to reproduce your problem. Can you provide me with the details of the problem.

On the refresh today there was new blank cards instead of the previous one. 

I did make a change to one of my measures and now the cards are showing. The change I made was so that it no longer was showing blank. I wonder if the issue is when a measure is under the Reference labels section and its blank is causing an issue versus showing the "--" for blank?

You're right, I was able to reproduce it. But you can write another kind of calculation condition by Show blank as.
