Cannot publish 600MB report to an assigned embedded capacity WorkSpace

I'm moving reports to Power BI Embedded but cannot publish a report to an Assgned Azure Embedded A1 Capacity Workspace but it work fine when publish to normal Workspace

Hi @powerbishare,

1. Please try to check if the Azure Capacity is paused. When the Azure Capacity is paused, the workspace(s) using it are not accessible. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/power-bi-embedded/pause-start#pause-your-capacity

2. Please upload the pbix file in Power BI service via Get Data-> File to see if issue happens.
