Hi everyone, I am trying using power BI. But I cannot signin/signup it.
Here all the steps I am trying:
1. I go on https://powerbi.microsoft.com/ and I click on Start free;
2. I insert my email (a company name) and then I click on Subscription
3. Here I get the error according to email is already used with another Microsoft Service (I suppose it is Azure);
4. So I click to login and I insert again the email address
5. But I get the error that email is incorrect
6. Then I click on sign-in options
8. I try to sign-in to the organization, so the domain name and then the email again
Here I dont know what I can do here.... So I go to Azure just to see if I can do something there...
1. I go to portal.azure.com and I sing-in with the same email I am trying to sign-in power BI;
2. I go to Azure Active Directory and then I see Enterprise Applications.
4. I see Power Bi Service (but to me the application id is strange)
5. I click on it, then I see the Owners, but there is no email there:
7. I add the email I am trying to use with power BI as owner and I try to do the earlier steps. Nothing changes.
I have been blocked for days.. I cannot register or signup to Power BI with the company email. Can anyone help me please?
