Cannot configure scheduled data refresh

When I try configuring automatic data refresh nothing seems to happen. After entering credentials and clicking Sign in - the window stucks thinking... I waited a few hours yesterday, and today it doesnt seem to work. As data set uses data from azure sql database, no gateway is being used.

I cannot repro the same issue on my side. I can get data from Azure SQL Database and publish to Power BI Service successfully. I can also edit and save the credential properly as below.

I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.
