Cannot Configure Incremental Refresh for Dataflow Entities

I'm trying to set-up a Dataflow in the Power BI Service with several entities that must be incrementally refreshed due to scale.

I receive repeated 500 errors from the Power BI Service when trying to save changes after configuring the Incremental Refresh policy. Please see the attached image for more details.

Are you a premium user and have you create the dataflow in a workspace which has been assigned to a dedicated capacity?
