Can't refesh Data in PBI

When i refresh data in PBI app, i see a pop-up notices. How i can fix this

Hi @Giangnt 

Thanks for reaching out in Microsoft Community Forum

for the mentioned error may've several reasons to getting this error

1. Credentials; please check the credentials in power BI data source

2. please verify the connection to the data source is working

3. please check the firewall/proxy issues that might block access

4. update the ODBC drivers of the data source to the latest version 17 from the following steps

open the run command → type on odbcad32 → then you will get the below page
from there go to Drivers option from the top → you can check whether drivers are in latest version or not

5. please check your SSL certificates configured or not

6. if you're using user DSN please switch to system DSN it will resolves connectivity issues from the following steps

open the run command → enter odbcad32 command→ then you will get the below page
from there go to user DSN option from the top → you can switch to system DSN

7. check the status of power platform gateway might be it is inactive

go to power BI → go to settings → in settings please select Manage Gateways → from there you can check whether the gateway is active or not

8. clear the power BI cache from Desktop from the follwing steps and connect again

Go to file from → click on options & settings → select options→ from there you can clear cache
