Can't connect to Sybase Data Gateway

I am unable to connect to Sybase through the data gateway in the Power BI service.  I am able to connect to the same data source using Power BI desktop.  I have tried adding a data source with data source type as Sybase and through ODBC, which is how I connected in desktop.  I used attached connection to connect to ODBC and get one of these errors.  I'm not sure if my connection string is right.  I was able to connect to a different data source through ODBC with the driver being SQL Server.    Thanks for your help.

Do you mean that you can connect to Sybase through ODBC with same connection string in Power BI Desktop?

How about the result if you add data source with type “Sybase” instead of ODBC while configure on-premises gateway?

Yeah, I am able to connect in Desktop, but not to Service.  If I try connecting with Data Source Sybase, I get the Timeout Error.
