Calculated measure value changes on using "Modelling -> Sort By" another column ("calculated")

Calculated measure (Contribution to total) values with the Sort By Another column.

Calculated measure (Contribution to total) values without using Sort By Another column.

Is it a bug ? Why would the values of any calculated measure change on just changing the Sort By field (Title in the case above).
