Bug in Power BI desktop/server?

Hello,

I am seeing this weird behavior in Power BI. For a visual, I had added a caption in the "Title" section but then decided to not use the Title and hence turned it off. On uploading the report on to the Power BI server, the Title that has been turned off, is still visible in the beginning while the report is loading and then when the report is fully loaded, it dispappears.

That seems to work fine for me. You may try the latest version to recreate the report.
