Bug Sign in Pbi Desktop with specific account. Password window not shown+delete account not possible

Hi,

 

I have a specific issue that i cannot sign in in Power BI Desktop in account succeedit@karsten.nl since a week, but if a colleague tries with the same account it is still working! And all my other accounts are still working. Did some troubleshooting: reinstalled Power BI Desktop, clean file, emptied my cache, restart PC, but I still have this issue.

 

1. sign in Power BI Desktop with account succeedit@karsten.nl

2. choose account window. Here is already strange I cannot delete this account.. Clicking on the dots do not open the pop-up with 'delete'. At other accounts it does.

3. clicked the account. Click 'Next'(NL='Volgende') but still shows this window. And I cannot get in the next window where I should give the password. It looks like a bug sonwhere between local system and tool.

According to my research, a similar issue has been reported internally, so stay tuned.

 

Problem description: Customer is unable to sign-in in power bi desktop using account

ICM: 285762606

 

In the latest update of this ICM, the fix for this issue is expected to be 3/2.

 

I will update here once I get any information.
