Bug Report - The First Small Multiple has gridlines disappear constantly

Since early 2024 Q4 the First Small Multiple has gridlines disappear constantly in PBI Desktop. 
Whenever the window/chart loses context or even when clicking the chart. 
The only temporary fix is to click a box in a slicer and then unclick that box to get back where you were, then you will get gridlines back.  This has ruined adoption of this tool and makes screenshots imposible because they are not professional.

For example:

Based on the above information, It's a reproducible issue. Due to the new reply policy, I would suggest opening a Support Ticket.

If you are a Power BI Pro or Fabric licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you. 
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

I do not have PPU license yet. Is there anyway someone can just post this for me? It has been messing up my reports for over a year. Thank you, Matt
