BUG: Y-Axis and grid lines dissapear in first small multiple after selection

I have as stacked column chart with small multiples. When I use the chart and select any column in the chart and deselect or do any other action in the report page the y-axis values, the grid lines and the titles dissapear. They appear back again if I open the formatting tab and expand the y-axis settings or when I go to another page and come back.

My settings for the y-axis :
I dissabled the shared y-axis and enabled scale to fit.

Multiple things I tried:

  • Dissable scale to fit does not change the behaviour.
  • Shared Y-axis enabled does fix the issue, but I don't want the shared y-axis...
  • Other charts (line chart, clustered column chart, (100%) area chart) with Shared y-axis dissabled and scale to fit enabled does yield the same result. The first small multiple still loses it's y-axis values and grid lines.
  • Deployed to Power BI service to check if it is Power BI desktop related, unfortunately the y-axis still dissapears.
  • Dissabled and enabled the y-axis settings for value and title in any configuration did also not change behaviour.
  • Changing grid layout does not affect this behaviour.

For the sake of completeness my Power BI desktop Version, although the issue also shows up in Power BI service: 2.137.1102.0
