Azure Cost Management App - Data Refresh failed with no reason

Hello, I've just started to use the Azure Cost Management App, but haven't had any success loading our data to the App?  I've used the connector to the Power BI Desktop and that was successful, but when I try to use the app and select "Connect your Data" and go through the process, which is the following:

You' are connecting to ( 1 of 2) 

Authentication method - anonymous

Private level setting for this data source - None

You' are connecting to ( 2 of 2) 

Authentication method - OAuth2

Private level setting for this data source - None

Any suggestions?

Hi @bald_canuck ,

To connect to the Azure Cost Management APP, there are some prerequisites.

• A Power BI Pro license is required to install and use the app.
• To connect to data, you must use an Enterprise Administrator account. The Enterprise Administrator (read only) role is supported.

Same here,

I've tried both with: 

• https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-connect-azure-cost-management
• https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/costs/analyze-cost-data-azure-cost-ma...

They both looks deprecated to me. 

In our company we have tried with multiple users with Global Administrator roles.
