Auto scroll in Embedded reports

Hi Team,

Lately, i have noticed that power bi embedded reports are automatically getting focus by auto scrolling in webpage as soon as the iframe loads.

This bug seems to have resurfaced as this issue was logged before and resolved.

Used browsers: Chrome and Edge.

I can repro using http://www.atlaspolicy.com/rand/electric-vehicles-in-the-dc-metro-region with Chrome Version 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit) and IE version 11.540.15063.0 but cannot repro with Edge version 40.15063.0.0.

I've reopened the CRI 37124568. I’ll post here once I get any update about it.
