Array dimensions exceeded supported after re-installing Power BI Desktop

I have upgrade to latest version of PowerBI but I've got errors because it doesn't support Windows 7. Now I have uninstalled and reinstalled a previous (working) version but when I run PowerBI I've got this error "Array dimensions exceeded supported range".

I have reinstalled also VC Redist.

I'm running PowerBI as admin.

For those who have the same problem I resolved deleting C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop
