ArcGIS Maps - reference layer pop-up

I've added a hosted feature layer from ArcGIS Online as a reference layer in Power BI.   The hosted layer has its pop-up setup to display a single field from the data.  However, Power BI does not pick this up and instead shows the default pop-up for the layer with all the fields.  Can ArcGIS Maps for Power BI be updated to pick up the pop-up configuration set in ArcGIS Online?

Could you please share your PBIX file which has the ArcGIS Map can be used to repro this issue? Since I am not familiar with the hosted feature layer in ArcGIS, I'd like a file to test locally on my side.

It seems to be not supported in current version. I am having the same exact issue and it is quite frustrating... PowerBI brings in the symbology of reference layers but not the settings for labels or configured pop-ups. Has a solution to this issue been discovered?
