Applying Pivot

I will be honest since I don't know how to post an issue I am using this method.

My query is that I am unable to use same colum for both value and choosing names while applying pivot as we can do the same in excel. Please help.

Sure, I am trying to apply pivot on a certain column. While apllying pivot I want to use the same column for names and values but it is not allowing to do so whereas in excel you can use the same column for names and values both.
