Am not able to create workspaces

Hi Team,

 

I have a PRO license and am trying to create workspaces.But its throwing an error attached below.

This thing am a part user group who have access to workspace creation.But still its trowing an error.

Can any one tell me the solution

Per the error info, the feature of workspace creation has been disabled by your global admin/tenant admin or Power BI service admin. Please reach out to the admin and ask for permissions to create workspace.
